We are unique in that we do not track, or share your information with third parties whatsoever; however, as an aggregate site, we collect and post information concerning cannabis businesses across the globe, including statements made on public website sources, such as Yelp, Google, Weedmaps, Leafly, and others.
We only collect email, text, and other electronic messages sent from you to, or through, our Websites.
By using our Websites, you represent that you are at least 18 years old in your state of residence. You must have authorization to use medical cannabis, or be over the age of 21 to use our services to shop for, and purchase, cannabis products. Our Websites are not directed for those under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not permitted to submit ANY personally identifiable information ("PII") to us (name, address, phone, email, or any screen name or avatar). If or when we know that we’ve been contacted with PII from a person under 18 without parental consent, we will delete it immediately. If a parent or guardian is aware any of his/her children has submitted PII to us, notify us at admin@cannapages.com.
Our websites employ automatic data collection including "cookies," which are files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from websites and stored locally on your computer’s hard drive. Like most sites, we use "cookies" to recognize a logged-in status, to understand what Services or Products you prefer, to make the Websites function better and improve browsing experience. For commercial customers and advertisers, retention of business information, and contact information that may include personally identified ("PII"), such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information, is necessary to conduct business. This does not identify Internet Protocol (IP) address, type of browser, operating system, webpages visited, physical location, mobile carrier, device or application IDs, search terms, and cookie information.
As for non-commercial users of our Websites, we do not store, or use, PII in any capacity at this time.
Californian or Canadian residents are entitled to yearly notices about information provided in the previous calendar year to third parties to use in marketing their products and services to you. You may send a request by email to admin@cannapages.com but know ahead of time that the answer will be: We don’t share this information, and there’s nothing to report. Nevada users may opt out of the sale of their personal information to third parties, but we’ve never done that and don’t intend to.
California residents under 18 years of age may request and obtain removal of postings on the Websites or aggregate sources, that you yourself post by emailing us at admin@cannapages.com. Requests must adequately describe content or information in your posting that you want removed to help us locate the material and include the name and URL (if applicable) of the website.
Cannapages will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, or as needed to provide the products or services to otherwise satisfy legitimate and legal business. Cannapages will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to comply with applicable tax/revenue or advertising laws), enforce our agreements, resolve disputes, or otherwise as described above.
